ive been sick so i havne't really been excercising. just my back excersises. that is all

Yo kids! I figured that I would get this whole blogging business going. So in case any of you didn't know, I'm off and home in New York this winter, interning, working, and WORKING OUT! I joined a gym and my basic routine has been a spinning class 3-4 days a week (cardio way intense) and, get this, an "urban rebounding" class once a week. Its basically plyos on a mini trampoline + dance aerobics. So that has also been super fun and a plyos substitute since i don't really have enough space to do a lot of the excercises. I've also been doing modified ultimate program's lifting on non-class days, some eliptical, treadmill, and stair master woohoo! oh and physical therapy.
So I guess today I will update you on the past two days.. we'll see how often I keep this up and if anyone else decides to blog...
Sunday:
spinning class
seated row 12 reps, 3X
pull down rope thingy 12 reps 3 X
1:00 normal plank 2 X
45 sec oblique plank each side 1 X
physcial therapy butt/hip/back stregnthening excersises
